Significant reduction
in diabetes distress

In a clinical study to evaluate the efficacy of the mySugr logbook, a statistically significant reduction of diabetes distress was shown in T1D, T2D and gestational diabetes. The use of mySugr led to a significant improvement in diabetes distress after 3 months of use.¹

Higher chance to achieve optimal glycaemic control

Higher chance to achieve optimal glycaemic control

Besides improving diabetes distress, there is evidence that the mySugr logbook can also improve glycaemic control. After 3 months of using mySugr, more participants in a clinical trial achieved better glycaemic control compared to the control group. The chance of achieving optimal glycaemic control nearly doubled in the intervention group compared to the control group.²

hypos and hypers

The use of the mySugr app significantly reduces the occurrence of severe hyperglycaemic and hypoglycaemic glucose measurements. In a clinical trial the intervention group had a 33% lower risk for severe hyperglycaemic events and a 25% lower risk for severe hypoglycaemic events compared to the control group.¹

Less hypoglycemic events

Less hypoglycemic events

We see that the use of the mySugr Bolus Calculator leads to a steady and significant reduction in hypoglycemic events after three and six months.
